How does your clothing fit?

  • This is unisex clothing, so it's flattering on men or women.
  • Our products are sourced in Europe, and are sized differently than US sizes. The best way to ensure you get a great fit is to measure yourself carefully using the size chart found in the product photos for each item.
  • Size up 1-2 sizes if you'd like an oversized feel.

How should I care for my clothing?

Wash in cold water with similar colors using a natural detergent. Air dry or turn inside out and dry on low. Do not iron the design.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item you may return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been issued.

What are shipping times & prices?

We offer free shipping worldwide!

Orders to the European Union will be delivered in 7 to 18 business days. Orders to the rest of the world will be delivered in 10 to 21 business days.

Your clothing is printed especially for you by our amazing production team in France, which is why it takes a bit longer to get to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk eliminates mass production, which makes the planet happier. And it’s kinda our goal to keep our earth as happy as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Worldwide, with a few exceptions.

At this time we cannot ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

You are liable for any import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery. 

Please note that we are not able to predict or control duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

We will email you a tracking number once your order is on its way to you. The tracking number may take a few days to update.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If you submit your order with incorrect information, don’t worry. We can change the address on your order within 12 hours of your order being submitted. Please email support@perfectearth.store with the correct shipping information as soon as possible.

Packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information from the buyer will not be replaced. Shipping labels are created using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please follow the steps below: 

  • Verify that the address you provided is correct 
  • Check with your neighbors 
  • Contact your local post office 

If you cannot locate your package after following these steps, please email us at support@perfectearth.store.

For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, contact customs right away. You may need to pick up your package. If you don’t pick up your package within three days, the order will be returned to us.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at support@perfectearth.store within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of your order being placed.

We are able to make changes to the delivery address on your order within 12 hours of your order being placed. We are unable to change color or size once an order has been placed. To change the size or color the order will need to be canceled and a new order placed.
